Born in California, Nicole Del Pino is a professional chef with a career spanning over three decades along both coast lines. Her journey through the most prestigious kitchens placed her alongside the best chefs in the world. Her passion and determination landed her with culinary luminaries and pastry legend Pierre Hermé and global icon Wolfgang Puck.

She credits her time working with Dan Barber as transformative and the pinnacle of her success so far. It was during her time at the idyllic Blue Hill at Stone Barns that Nicole’s innovation and artisanal confections took shape. It was truly a garden of earthly delights.

Her pursuit of excellence led her to France, where she mastered bean-to-bar chocolate crafting at Valrhona, developing a greater appreciation for cacao farmers and their craft. Most recently, she immersed herself in bread making at LMNOP Bakery, exploring organic whole grains and gaining a wealth of knowledge about the local grain alliance.

When she’s not crafting pastries for the most discerning clientele, Nicole is tending to her native plant garden or traveling abroad with her family.
